This pork belly recipe is favourite among our family and friends, the mouth-watering, succulent pork wrapped in the lightly crispy and crunchy crackling is such a pleasure to eat. It’s juicy and satisfying without feeling ‘heavy’. You can have this in the depth of winter or even during a warm summer evening.

Really easy and impressive dish…… but it takes 5 hours to cook so you have to plan to do it. The sauce is optional or you can also make a traditional gravy using the pan juices… The pork belly is fabulous on it’s own though! … Only tip do not baste pork at any time while cooking.
