Colomba Bianca is the largest wine cooperative in Sicily and one of the largest organic wine producers in Europe. The Colomba Bianca 2015 Reserve Rosso is quite simply the ‘Rolls Royce’ of wine produced by the cooperative.
A blend of 70% Nero d’Avola and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, the Reserve Red is made from only the finest small parcel, hand harvested, organically grown grapes. Bottling is completed after 1 year of ageing in new oak barrels.

Rocca di Cispiano is located in the heart of the Chianti Classico region of Tuscany. Named after the Roman soldier that settled in the area, it is now producing some of the finest organically managed Sangiovese we have come across! Third generation winemaker Lorenzo Lepri instils a philosophy of tradition, passion and intuition into the wines we have today. This wine is 100% hand-harvested Sangiovese grown from organically managed vineyards.
‘Solatus’ pays homage to the Lepri family and their history in Tuscan winemaking spanning three generations.
