$20.00
Bright lemon in colour with pronounced aromas of fresh lemon and lime with hints of grapefruit and orange blossom.
Definitive lime citrus aromas, famously recognised with Eden Valley. These fresh citrus characters are further expressed on the palate with hints of green apple. Deep roots from Brockenchack’s 1896 planted vines playing an important role in adding complex minerality. The naturally clean acidity defines the elegantly long finish.
This dry style Riesling when cellared carefully will mature gracefully for at least 10 to 12 years, if not longer.
Food Suggestion:
Equally superb with a fresh seafood platter, a rich chicken tikka masala, or a pan seared barramundi with freshly squeezed lemon.
