We love that while Jean-François follows the rules of the appellation taste and quality are his primary drivers. From the 2018 vintage “Le Petite Bichon” has been made without the addition of sulphates. Because of this he chose to bottle before the month of April and possible cellar warming, something that is not allowed under the Graves appellation.
