Señorío de Orgaz – 2014 Tierra De Castilla
From vinyards in the Castilla region of central Spain this wine is named after Lordship of Ogaz a historical figure in the region of Castilla la Mancha in the thirteenth century.
Grape type – Tempranillo and Monastrell ( Mataro)
Colour – Bright ruby red
Nose – Red fruits with traces of berries and liquorice
Palate – Black fruits dominate with a harmony between acid and tannins, a long finish
Pairing – Recommended to be served between 16℃- 18℃ with roasted and BBQ meats, rich tomatoe based sauses or strong cheese.
