Torre del Gall Brut Reserve Cava
Produced by leading Cava producer, Segura Viudas. Dating back to the 11th century Segura Viudas is considered one of the leading producers of Cava in Spain. Situated in the middle of the Penedes region, south west of Barcelona, the Torre del Gall estate covers just over 30 hectares of vinyards and is overshadowed by the Monserrat mountain range. A great Spanish fizz with character and elegance.
Ageing – 18 -24 months on lees
Grape Type – Macabeo, Xarello, Parellada
Colour – light pale yellow
Palate – Clean, crisp with good mouthfeel. Apple and critus notes
Pairing – as an apperitife or with seafood.
