Torre del Gall Cava – Rosado Brut NV
Produced by leading Cava producer, Segura Viudas. Dating back to the 11th century Segura Viudas is considered one of the leading producers of Cava in Spain. Situated in the middle of the Penedes region, south west of Barcelona, the Torre del Gall estate covers just over 30 hectares of vinyards and is overshadowed by the Monserrat mountain range. A great Spanish fizz with character and elegance. Cava is Spain’s version of Champagne. It is made the same way but with different grape varieties.
Ageing – 18 -24 months on lees
Grape Type – Trepat, Garnatxa
Colour – light Strawberry
Nose – Fresh summer fruits
Palate – Long firm Mousse. Fresh and light with red berry furit dominating- cranberries, strawberries & Raspberries. An elegant, creamy long finish.
