Pertaringa “Over the Top” Shiraz 2015
Story: Acknowledging the very best site, climate, vines and production techniques, this Shiraz is named Over the Top to proudly declare winemaker Shane Harris’ aim to make the finest wine he possibly can.
Nose: The nose offers complex aromas of apricots, plums, pretty floral notes and hints of cloves.
Palate: The palate is dense and concentrated with wild strawberries and plums, complemented by velvety tannin.
Pairing: Go retro and bring out the carpet bag steak! For you younger ones, that’s a scotch fillet steak stuffed with oysters and wrapped in bacon.
Cellaring: Drink now to 2027

This single vineyard Shiraz based Rosé is elegantly balanced between its subtle sweet summer fruits and its lovely dry finish. A simple excellent value Rose from a premium Eden Valley producer.
