The best dark tempranillo grapes from 40 year old vines are manually harvested for this wine. After fermentation the wine matures on oak for 12 months then in the bottle for a further 12 months.
Deep cherry red in colour. Blackcurrent and cherry aromas with spicy, roasted tobacco and vanilla nuances. An elegant wine with berry flavours and good balance between the tannin and acidity.
Best drunk with red meat, stew and game.
