A lively palate of texture and spice. The wild ferment and oak selections have created a rich mid palate that is kept fresh and clean by natural acidity.
We are big fans of the Supernatural range from Ghost Rock –
✅ No added Sugar
✅ Wild yeast ferment
✅ Unfiltered & unfined
The Supernatural Pinot Noir captures all that’s wild and untamed on Tasmania’s Cradle Coast. Unadulterated texture, fragrance and style drive a wine that leaves nothing in tank. It’s a fresh, new marker on how Tassie Pinot Noir can be brought to life in the vineyard and winery.

Felton Road implements a strict 100% estate policy with fully organic and biodynamic viticulture (Demeter certified) ensures that our fruit arrives at the winery as pure as it can be, while our entire estate comes as close to true sustainability as is possible. A commitment to hands-off winemaking: gravity flow, wild yeasts, wild malo, an avoidance of fining and filtration all help preserve the wine’s expression of its terroir. The result is Pinot Noir which accurately express the authenticity and complexity of our unique vineyards.
One of our favourite Tassie Pinots. This is one to grab.
First Creek Wines is a family owned and operated winery based in the Hunter Valley NSW, Australia’s oldest wine producing region. First Creek’s emphasis on careful fruit selection and rigorous attention to detail throughout the winemaking process has produced a range of wines that appeal to both critics and consumers alike
Botanica is a range of wines emphasising a clean and ecological approach to fruit selection, combined with a ‘hands off’ approach in the winery. We let the fruit speak for itself.
Calvert Vineyard is located just two km east of the Elms Vineyard on Felton Road. The gentle north-east facing slope lies immediately below the hills of the Bannockburn Gold Sluicings, now a historic park. The tailraces of Bailey’s and Pipeclay Gullys’, that carried away massive amounts of sluiced gold workings, flank the vineyard to the west and east respectively and provide helpful cold air drainage to minimise frost risk. The vineyard land had been home to a few sheep, rabbits and briar bushes prior to the planting of vines in 2001. Felton Road started leasing the entire Calvert Vineyard in 2001 (10.2ha) and in 2013 purchased outright the Willows, Springs and Aurum Blocks totalling 4.6 ha of Pinot Noir.
