A sort of reverse of an orange wine (white grapes fermented on skins like red wine), this is a white wine made from red grapes taken off their skins immediately and fermented as clean juice.

Colour was encouraged to drop out by way of barrel fermentation and lees stirring.The result is something unexpected yet familiar.

Delicate red fruit notes such as alpine strawberries and raspberries shine through, with serendipitous tropical notes of pineapple and guava at play as well. The texture is voluptuous and creamy, with a good structural backbone.
