Description
Certified – Biodynamic, Organic & Vegan
Vineyard is located at the extreme west of Provence at 380 Mtrs overlooking the mediteranian. Soil is a mix of clay and limestone.
Gape – Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache
Colour – Bright, nearly transparent petal pink
Nose – Red fruits, white flowers, peach skin, citrus
Palate – light easy , fresh with clean long palate
Ageing – up to 2 years
Out of respect for the animals we do not use any product of animal origin in the elaboration of our wines. The fining is made with mineral and vegetal additives. Our wines are therefore suited to vegetarian and vegan diets.
