Corvezzo Organic Prosecco DOC Demi-Sec – Organic and Vegan.

A very bright Prosecco with a fine perlage. The nose gives fruity aromas of golden apple and sweet nuances of jasmine flowers and acacia honey.
Its sweet and soft taste is well balanced by the typical freshness of the organic Glera grape.
The fruity aromas returns in the finish in a very long persistence.

9.5% alcohol, 32g/l residual sugars.  The fermentation is stopped early resulting in a slightly sweeter low alcohol wine.

Grape – 100% Glera

Vinification – Soft cold crushing and pressing, then first and second fermentation both take place in the same pressured tank.

Colour – Straw yellow with golden edges

Nose – Floral, apple and bannana

Palate – pleasant, well balanced with nice fine mouthfeel with clean finish

Pairing –  great starter or sweet enough for tiramisú
