This wine is organic and vegan certified.   wine making uses wild yeast and cultured wild yeast, no added sugar and the resultant wine low in alcohol – 12%

Grape – 100% organic Pinot Grigio

Vinification – Soft cold crushing and pressing  followed by ageing in concrete tanks

Colour – Straw yellow with golden edges

Nose – Tropical and floral

Palate – Pineapple and peach with floral hints.  Intense and fresh and well balanced

Pairing –  chantrelle, mixed vegetable rissotto, classic pairing of seafood through to spicy asian food.
